Jeff Petty is the President and CEO of Wesley Enhanced Living.

Since joining Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL) in 2003, Petty has grown the organization from annual revenues of $35 million to over $55 million. Additionally, Petty is leading Wesley Enhanced Living to adopt a more market driven approach to senior living, from current continuing care retirement community models to enhanced living communities - a philosophy that encourages residents to re-discover and connect with their own unique passions and live purpose-filled lives.
