The House of Representatives recently approved the largest entitlement reform in the last 20 years, passing a permanent plan to repeal and replace Medicare’s broken so called sustainable growth rate. Not only is this good news for Medicare providers and patients, who avoid the threat of annual double-digit cuts; it is a win for taxpayers, who could save $295 billion over the next two decades.
